We choose the best technology for each project. Our primary programming languages are JavaScript and PHP. We use popular content management systems like WordPress and Headless CMS, as well as modern frameworks like React.js. We create visual designs using Figma.
How much experience do you have with IT projects?

Our team has successfully completed numerous software projects. Beyond programming and project management, we have expertise in machine learning, SEO, SEM, web analytics, and graphic design. We offer a comprehensive approach to web and mobile app development, from initial idea to final product.
Do your projects come with a warranty?

Yes. Warranty details are outlined in the contract. We also provide ongoing support, maintenance, and further development after project completion.

Project timelines depend on the project's scope, chosen technology, and workload. We strive to provide realistic timeframes. Most Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) are completed within 2-4 months. We also offer long-term partnerships.
What tools do you use to communicate with clients?

Trello is our primary project management and communication tool. For larger projects, we recommend YouTrack. We also use Slack and Google Workspace for daily communication. We are open to using other popular project management tools as needed.
How is a project approved?

A detailed project specification and protocol will be provided before signing the contract. Any additional features will be documented in separate agreements. Your project manager will thoroughly explain all documents.
What tools do you use for software development?

We share most designs and prototypes through password-protected links on Figma, Google Drive, or GitHub. We utilize various tools based on industry trends.
When can you start?

Projects typically begin 7-21 days after contract signing, depending on our workload. We prefer to plan projects in advance to ensure a smooth start for both parties.

What budget is needed to start a project?

Most projects start with an MVP that requires investment and further development based on user feedback. MVP costs range from $12,000 to $35,000 USD. If you have a smaller budget, please contact us for options.
How do you price your projects?

Project pricing is based on factors such as technology, features, design, content management, etc. We provide detailed cost estimates for each project.
How do you bill for projects?
We offer two billing models:
- Fixed Price: Includes a set price and timeline for the MVP. The project is divided into stages with approvals and payments for completed features. Best suited for projects with clear specifications or limited custom features. If you don't have a specification, we can create one for a fee or use an agile Time & Material approach.
- Time & Material: Includes an estimated timeline and flexible pricing based on hourly rates. The specification is developed alongside the project. Ideal for projects with initial feature outlines and a desire for an immediate start. You only pay for the actual hours worked.
What are your hourly rates?

Our Time & Material hourly rates range from $35 to $70 USD. We offer full-time or part-time staffing options. Time tracking follows either our internal system or the client's preferred method.
